Northern Region Esports Learning Center (NREL)** is a hub of innovation and learning dedicated to building a robust ecosystem that drives the sustainable growth of Thailand's digital content and esports industries. It is operated by the College of Arts, Media, and Technology (CAMT), Chiang Mai University, with the support of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa).

NREL has been designed as an all-in-one learning space that bridges collaboration between the public sector, the private sector, and industry experts. The center is fully equipped to host esports tournaments at all levels, offer consultancy services, and provide specialized skill development training.

A key objective of NREL is to transcend being just a competitive venue, aiming instead to upskill Thai youth and lay an upstream workforce foundation for the gaming and esports industries. Through experiential learning, the center prepares a high-quality workforce for the labor market and contributes to the sustainable advancement of the nation's digital economy.
